3. Can I enrol only for Dance lessons?
If you only want to learn how to dance (flamenco, salsa, tango and other dances) in one of the best schools in Madrid, you can reserve your classes through AIL Madrid. The price of group classes is 15 euros/hour; for the individuals (for one person or a couple) 50 euros/hour and for the tango classes 60 euros/hour.

The classes are given in Spanish by native teachers, so it is very recommended to have at least an intermediate level of Spanish .

3. How are the accomodation arranged by AIL Madrid?
AIL Madrid guarantees that all of our accommodation is located within 10-30 minutes traveling distance to AIL Madrid and that they are in ideal conditions for the studying purposes (clean, comfortable and surroundings).
4. Can I look for accommodation if I don’t want a course?
Yes, AIL Madrid can help you to find an accommodation within our pool of housing options: host families and residences for students. The charge for this service is 50 euros service.

There are some activities organised daily by AIL Madrid, and free for all our students; they are related with the culture and history of Spain or Latin America.
The activities are varied to cater to our students’ diverse interests: conferences, Madrid by night, theatre workshop , monographics of music.
2. How much do they cost?
AlL Living Spanish course activities are always structured and guided by an AIL Madrid teacher. They are FREE! for all AIL Madrid’s students, except when you would like to pay some entrance for a given show or to pay f consumed, where every student pays for himself.

Mainly to have and enjoy a relaxing and good time out of the classrooms, to practice your Spanish, to learn more about the history and culture of Spain and about Madrid as well, to develop your creativity…anything and everything in an 100% Spanish-speaking environment .
1. Who needs a Spanish student visa to study in Spain?
Spanish student visas are not required for courses of less than 90 days (ie, 12 weeks) for national citizens of the following countries:
- EU , Australia, Canada, Japan and the US
- Andorra, Brazil, Brunei, Cyprus, South Korea, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, United States, Estonia, Hungary, Israel, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, New Zealand, Poland, Czech Republic, San Marino, Singapore, Switzerland, Uruguay, Vatican City and Venezuela.
- Passengers in transit that continue their trip in the same flight or in the first connection provided with documentation that demonstrates it or the ticket of return and that they do not leave the airport (except natives of Afghanistan, Bangladesh, The Congo (Dem. Rep.), Ethiopia, Ghana, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Somalia and Sri Lanka that always will need a visa of transit).

4. How much long does the process of requesting visa usually take?
Between 2 days and 6 weeks, it depends on the nationality. The following nationalities must request the visa in person and it will ususally take 3 more weeks:
Afghanistan, Albania, Algeria, Angola, Burundi, China (PR), CIS, The Congo (Dem. Rep.), Guinea-Bissau, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Korea (DPR), The Líbano, Libia, Mozambique, Rwanda, Sudan, Surinam, Syria, Vietnam and Yemen.
5. Can foreign students work in Spain?
Yes, foreign students can apply for unpaid work placements in Spain. However, only foreign students from the EU can carry out remunerated employment.
6. I want to travel to several European countries besides Spain. Do I need to have more than one visa?
No, on having asked for the visa to enter Spain as a student you will have already requested a visa to enter all the Schengen countries (unless you ask for a tourist's visa, which only allows you to enter to the country that has given you the visa). In principle,At first (In principle) you can travel for all the countries that have signed the agreements Schengen, until the entry has been prohibited you specifically in someone of them.

9. What are the typical Spanish student visa requirements?
Every country has different requirements. Normally it is required:
- Valid passport with at least 120 days to expiry
- Completed Spanish student visa application form
- Certificate of enrolment
- Accreditation of economical means (Provide documentation that you have sufficient financial resources to support yourself financially - while you are in Spain).
- Private health insurance policy – AIL Madrid can advise you on health insurance if required.
- Confirmation of your accommodation details while in Spain (provided by AIL Madrid)
- Confirmation from AIL Madrid that the course and accommodation have been paid for in full.
